SBAT Success Story - Mia Cooper
Mia Cooper in Year 10 has been completing a School Based Apprenticeship at Jack Rabbit this year. Mia has been completing her theory at the newly refurbished Davidson Restaurant at The Gordon city campus. Mia is under the guidance of some excellent, experienced chefs at Jack Rabbit. Mia works extra shifts on the weekends and is passionate about a career in hospitality and becoming a chef. Mia is thinking about travelling overseas and gaining more experience as a chef, in the future. She is currently exploring options to move into a full-time apprenticeship, to continue with her pathway. Mia's SBAT will take time off her full-time apprenticeship and has given her great insight into the industry. She is learning new skills everyday, whilst earning some money and completing her certification. Mia is very proud of her achievements and her work. We would particularly like to thank The Sharp Group and all the staff at Jack Rabbit for making this a great learning experience.
