Six wonderful Year 9 students set out for their big adventure to the School for Student Leadership – Don Valley Campus. Makayla Ordner, Dami Ola-James, Ari Iliff, Ruby Barker, Lachlan Harland and Georgia Smith were selected for the program in term one and have been working hard to prepare for the amazing experience of a 9-week residential school program. Across 9 weeks students will be immersed in an exciting program to develop and nurture their leadership and teamwork skills, engaging in indoor and outdoor educational activities. While 9 weeks living away from home will prove a challenge for our team, they have demonstrated great resilience, teamwork and a commitment to this experience. Your school community is incredibly proud of you and I can’t wait to follow along on your grand adventure.
